Esther Rene Tarleton Riles

Esther Rene Tarleton Riles, 72, a native and resident of Patterson, died Saturday, April 5, 2014, at her residence.
Visitation will be Friday at Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City from 9 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the Home Industrial Cemetery of Patterson.
She is survived by her husband, Jessie Riles of Patterson; six sons, Robert Tarleton of Jeanerette, James Tarleton, Jessie Tarleton, Christopher Riles and Randy Riles, all of Patterson, and Byron Riles of Carencro; a daughter, Cassandra Riles of Patterson; two brothers, Norman Tarleton of Patterson and John Tarleton of Houston; six sisters, Audrey Ott, Constance Tarleton and Sandra Cross of Patterson, Lucy Bates of New Orleans, Betty Hanes of Los Angeles and Edna Wilmore of Houston; six grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother and four sisters.
