FREDDIE A. JONES SR.

Freddie A. Jones Sr., 71, died Sunday, Dec. 25, 2016 at 12:05 p.m. at his residence.
He was a native of Loreauville and a resident of Franklin.
Visitation will be held Jan. 3, 2017 from 9-11 a.m. with burial rites read at 11 a.m., all at Otis Mortuary Chapel.
He is survived by his wife Joycelyn Welch Jones of Franklin; a son, Freddie Jones Jr. and his wife Cynthia of Baton Rouge; a daughter, Nadine Shock and her husband Mark of Killeen, Texas; three brothers, Grady Jones Sr. and his wife Dorothy of Franklin; Alvin Jones Sr. and his wife Monita, and Roy Jones and his wife Arlene, both of St. Martinville; two sisters, Helen Druand and Hilda Jones, both of St. Martinville.
Minister Bryan Phillips and Minister Larry Ray will officiate.
Otis Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
