Harris J. Pennison Sr.

Harris J. Pennison Sr., 87, a native of New Orleans and resident of Thibodaux, passed away on Friday, May 30, 2014.
A graveside service will take place at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at St. Joseph Cemetery in the Garden Mausoleum.
He is survived by his children, Penny Rousseau, Peggy Pennison and partner, Tammy Doucet, Harris Pennison and wife, Terri; grandchildren, Derek Rousseau and wife, Stephanie, Drew Rousseau and wife, Emily; and step-granddaughter, Megan Leaber Pennison.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Moncada Pennison; and parents, Edward and Julia Ledet Pennison.
He was a World War II veteran, belonged to the Masonic Lodge and Shriners. He was also a licensed pilot.
