JAMES T. 'T-JIM' AUCOIN

James “T-Jim” Aucoin Sr., 83, a native of Four Mile Bayou and resident of Pierre Part, died Friday, July 17, 2015.
T-Jim enjoyed welding and commercial fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Jennie Alleman Aucoin; four daughters, Barbara Aucoin, Jenne Aucoin Lombas and husband, Mack, Audrey Aucoin Crochet and husband, Chris, and Melina Aucoin and significant other, Claudia Blanchard; four sons, Edward “Shorty” Aucoin Sr. and wife, Rebecca, Irvin “Hop” Aucoin and wife, Katherine, James “P-Noon” Aucoin and wife, Tammy, and Anthony “T-Black” Aucoin and wife, Pauline; four brothers, William Aucoin and wife, Enola, John Aucoin and wife, Marie, Evert Aucoin, and Lloyd Aucoin; one sister-in-law, Linda Aucoin; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix and Emma Aucoin; one sister, Elva Rock; two brothers, Louis Aucoin Sr. and Pierre Aucoin; one granddaughter, Chantel Wiggins; and one nephew, Larry Aucoin.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2015, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part and will resume Thursday, July 23, 2015, from 8 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Pierre Part, with burial to follow at Sacred Heart Mausoleum in Belle River.
