JANE ELIZABETH 'MARY' LONG

Jane Elizabeth “Mary” Long, 71, a resident of Morgan City, Louisiana, and native of Sorrel, Louisiana, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015, at her home.
Visitation will be observed Saturday at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church, 113 Federal Ave., Morgan City, from 10 a.m. until the funeral begins at 2 p.m. Dr. C.F. Smith Sr. will officiate the services. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery.
She is survived by a daughter, Belinda Bradford-Johnson of Windsor Locks, Connecticut; four brothers, Richard Gabriel, David Gabriel and Russell Gabriel, all of Lafayette, and Chester Gabriel Jr., of Lakewood, California; five sisters, Ruth Bradford, Diane McGuire and Eva Gabriel, all of Lafayette, Rosalind Gabriel of Willingboro, New Jersey, and Betty Gabriel-Cummings of Sacramento, California; three grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Long was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother and one sister.
