Funeral services celebrating the life of Joanna LeBlanc Hebert will be held Friday, July 31, 2015, at 5 p.m., at Ibert’s Mortuary in Franklin. Pastor Den Hussey will officiate the service. A private inurnment will be held at a later date.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday at Ibert’s from 2 p.m. until time of service.
Joanna was a native and longtime resident of Franklin who passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, in Morgan City. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her son, Wayne M. Hebert; two grandsons, Tré M. Hebert and Trevor M. Hebert; her mother, Rita L. LeBlanc; five siblings, Sandy Naquin, Theresa Businelle and her husband, Rodney; Tommy LeBlanc, Fran Gaudet and Gary LeBlanc; her former husband, Sidney J. Hebert; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death her father, Sterling J. LeBlanc; two infant sisters, Patricia and Faye LeBlanc; and a niece, Shira Lynn Businelle.
