LARRY ALLAN PROVORSE

July 26, 1947 -June 7, 2015
Larry Allan Provorse, 67, a native of Coffeeville, Kansas, and resident of Amelia, went home to be with his Lord Sunday, June 7, 2015.
Larry served Christ for many years preaching and teaching the Gospel. Larry had such a love for people and did whatever he could to help them. He loved his wife, Virginia, very deeply and would not do anything without her. Larry will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
Larry is survived by his devoted wife of over 34 years, Virginia Rink Provorse; one sister, Judith Lafferty and husband, Mike, of Fernly, Nevada; and two brothers, Kelly Provorse and wife, Virginia, of Claimore, Oklahoma, and Bruce Provorse and wife, Julie, of Brokenbow, Oklahoma.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Nancy Provorse.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at Twin City Funeral Home beginning at 9 a.m. until time of service at noon. He will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery following the service.
