LOUISE D. ROCK

December 28, 1924- August 10, 2015
Louise D. Rock, 90, a lifelong resident of Morgan City, passed away on Monday, Aug. 10, 2015, at Teche Regional Medical Center.
Louise was a member of the Catholic Daughters Society and faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Louise is survived by her one daughter, Louella Lombas and her husband, Gary, of Delcambre; two sons, Anthony C. Rock Jr. and wife, Jane, of Grant and Michael Rock of Morgan City; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Wanzie Hebert and Frances Lombas; and one brother, Etienne Daigle.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony C. Rock Sr.; parents, Albert and Lillian Daigle; and one daughter, Gail Trippe and her husband, Dave Trippe.
Visitation will be held at Twin City Funeral Home on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015, beginning at 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and will resume at the funeral home on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2015, beginning at 9 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Louise will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Mausoleum following the mass.
The family would like to invite friends and extended family to a gathering held at Ginger Cardinal’s house in Patterson following the graveside services.
