Lynn Carol Rosson

Lynn Carol Rosson, 67, a resident of Morgan City, passed away on Monday, Oct. 27, 2014, at Ochsner Medical Center.
Lynn was born on Feb. 10, 1947, in Morgan City, the daughter of James and Bessie Smith.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her mother, Bessie Smith LeBlanc; two daughters, Stacey Noskey and husband, Todd, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Meredith Landry and husband, Derrick, of Pierre Part; one son, Scott Rosson and companion, Kay Bauland, of Houma; seven grandchildren, Tyler, Taylor, Matthew, Sidney, Clair, Beau and Barret; one sister, Jill Hanks and husband, Rodney “Doc,” of DeQueen, Arkansas; one niece, Brandy Hodges, of DeQueen, Arkansas; and three great-nephews, Jace, Gage and Briar.
Lynn was preceded in death by her father, James Smith; husband, Elbert N. Rosson; and one brother, Derry Smith.
Visitation will begin on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014, at Twin City Funeral Home at 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Lynn will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery following the service.
