MARTINA 'TINA' HERNANDEZ

March 28, 1941-July 30, 2015
Martina “Tina” Hernandez passed away July 30, 2015, at home surrounded by loved ones. She was born on March 28, 1941, to Mr. and Mrs. Gonzalo Hernandez in Texas.
Tina was a lifelong resident of Morgan City, Louisiana, and a longtime offshore cook until becoming a CNA. She had a kind heart and will be missed by many.
Survivors include three sons, Eddie “Cracker” Guerrero and wife, Cheryl, of Morice, Ricky Guerrero and wife, Gracie, of Texas, and Tony Guerrero of Morgan City; two daughters, Maria Morantine of Kenner, and Lisa and David Daigle of Berwick; her “Sister Teresa” Romero of Patterson; five brothers, Celestino, Gonzalo Jr., Ernesto, Geronimo and Luis Hernandez, all of Texas; 23 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
Tina was preceded in death by both parents; infant daughter, Silveria Guerrero; a brother, Juan Hernandez; a grandson, Tony “TJ” Guerrero; and a great-granddaughter, Alexis Guerrero.
