MARY ALICE GUILLORY FREEMAN

Rose Alice “Rat” Guillory Freeman, 79, a native of Morgan City and resident of New Iberia, passed away Sunday, June 20, 2015, in New Iberia.
She is survived by a daughter, Kim Mary Oncale and her husband, Danny, of Morgan City; her brother, Gerald Guillory of Bayou Vista; her sisters, Myrtle Boudreaux and her husband, Floyd, of Bayou L’Ourse, Belle Chassion and her husband, Gerald, of Bayou Vista, and Evelyn Olivier and her husband, Aubrey, of Pierre Part; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John “Happy” Freeman; her son, Kevin Freeman; her parents, Earl Guillory and Florence Burgess Guillory; her brothers, Bernie, Lloyd, Robert and Joe; her sisters, Louise Fontenot and Jean Barrilleaux; and one grandson, Dane Oncale.
Services were held at Morgan City Cemetery on Thursday, June 25.
