MS. PEGGY IRIS GRIFFIN

Ms. Peggy Iris Griffin, 56, a resident of Morgan City and native of New Orleans, died Saturday, December 6, 2014, at 9:50 a.m., at the Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans.
Visitation will be from 7 a.m. until 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13 at the New Mt. Esther Baptist Church, 1211 James Street in Morgan City (Sircusa). A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in the Providence Memorial Park, 8200 Airline Dr. in Metairie.
Cherished and divine memories of Peggy will forever be remembered by the love of her life, Matthews Hagan of New Orleans; her loving and devoted children, Marc Griffin-Hagan and Monique Hagan, both of New Orleans; one grandchild; one sister, Joycelyn Winins-Bowie of Houston, TX; as well as several other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Ms. Griffin was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and a nephew.
