Olga M. Plessala

May 16, 1924 — January 15, 2015
Olga M. Plessala, born in Patterson and resided in Morgan City, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015, at the Morgan City Health Care Center at the age of 90.
Olga was a Life Member of the VFW, a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church serving others through Ladies Altar Society, and the Bereavement Committee. Olga will be fondly remembered as a kind-hearted lady who loved her family and faithfully prayed the rosary daily for them all.
She is survived by her son, Timothy James Plessala and his wife, Carol Colvin.
She was reunited in heaven with her husband, Jerry Paul Plessala Sr.; three sons, Jerry Paul Plessala Jr., Donald Lynn Plessala and Renny Plessala; her daughter, Gina Plessala; and her parents, Alcide Falgout and Sevillia Stephens.
There will be a gathering of family and friends Monday, January 19, 2015, at Hargrave Funeral Home from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Rosary services will be at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at 9 a.m. until services. Funeral services will be held at Hargrave Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Olga will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
