ORLANDO 'DIEGO' RAMKHALAWAN

Orlando “Diego” Ramkhalawan, 20, a native of St. Mary Parish and resident of Morgan City, passed away Sunday, Aug. 2, 2015, at 3:43 p.m.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Friday, Aug. 7, 2015, at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Houma and from 9 a.m. until funeral time at the church Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at New Rising Sun Baptist Church located at 230 St. Charles St. in Houma. Burial will follow in Halfway Cemetery.
He is survived by his father, Scott Orlando Cyprian of Covington, Louisiana; his mother and stepfather, Michelle Ramkhalawan and Herman Ezekial Verdin Jr. of Morgan City; paternal grandparents, Mary Cyprian and Howard Keys of Covington; maternal grandparents, Ana and Deo Ramkhalawan of Morgan City; brother, Scott Orlando James Jr. of Covington; sisters, Princess Verdin of Morgan City and Carlancia Robinson of Bogalusa, Louisiana; his godparents, Frank Perkins Jr., of Covington and Cindy Ramkhalawan of Houston; and a host of relative and friends.
