Patricia A. Mays, 48, a native of New Orleans and resident of Morgan City, died Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Teche Regional Medical Center at 4:12 p.m.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 5, at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Morgan City, from 9:30 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m.
Pat was born in Greenwood, Mississippi, raised in New Orleans and spent the last 15 years of her life in Morgan City.
Pat’s survivors include her companion, Mr. Alton Livas of Morgan City; two sons, Ryan and Trenton Mays, both of New Orleans; one daughter, Savannah Briley of New Orleans; one granddaughter; three sisters, Frances Cain of New Orleans, Dorothy Whitely (Leander) of Alabama and Jennifer Mays-Edwards of Florida; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents.
