PIERRE G. ‘PERRY’ JACKSON

Pierre G. “Perry” Jackson, 80, a native and resident of Berwick, died on Sunday, October 19, 2014, at 10:14 a.m., at his residence.
Perry was a veteran of the United States Army. The East St. Mary Funeral Squad will perform in the Berwick Cemetery.
Graveside memorial services and entombment will be held on Friday, Oct. 24, at 2 p.m., at the Berwick Cemetery with military honors.
“Perry” leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Jean Cox-Jackson of Berwick; one son, Frank (Trina) Gamble Jr. of Morgan City; one daughter, Blanche Gamble of Berwick; one sister, Mrs. Fred (Bernadine) Smith of Las Vegas NV; two grandchildren; a special cousin; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Jackson was preceded in death by his parents.
