RAYMOND 'SONNY' HUSBAND

September 16, 1930-May 14, 2015
Sonny, a resident of Morgan City, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2015. He was a resident at Maison Jardin for the last 3½ years. He became friends with everyone who works and lives there, and looked at them like family.
His wishes were for his physical body to be donated to the LSU School of Science for the betterment of others and now his spirit is shining down from heaven.
In his younger years, Sonny proudly served in the United States Army. A memorial service with full military honors will be held at Maison Jardin, 516 Roderick Street, Morgan City, Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at 3 p.m.
Military honors will be conducted by the Louisiana Army National Guard Military Funeral Honors Team, Sergeant Lauren Lewis and Private First Class Brad Richard.
His family would like to thank all those who have been involved with his memorable journey these last few years. It will always be remembered. As he would always say, “God bless you and your family,” and “Thank you for taking care of me!”
