ROCH G. BOUDREAUX

Funeral services celebrating the life of Roch G. Boudreaux will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, June 21, 2015, in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home in Alexandria, with Father Daniel O’Conner officiating. Burial will follow in Alexandria Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be observed at the funeral home Saturday, June 20, 2015, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a recitation of the rosary at 7 p.m. Visitation will resume Sunday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Pallbearers honored to serve will be Bobby Darce, Robbie Darce, Jude Boudreaux, David Boudreaux, James Boudreaux and Patrick Gillespie. Honorary pallbearers are Phillip Gillespie and Dallas Gagnard.
Roch G. Boudreaux, 58, of Gardner, passed from this life Thursday, June 18, 2015, at his residence.
Roch was a delivery truck driver and warehouse merchandiser for Venture Marketing/Miller Beer Company. He was an avid LSU and New Orleans Saints football fan and was a coach, board member and referee for the AAA Football League for 30 years. Roch was a devoted family man and loved family time. He was a loving brother, uncle and friend, who will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Malcolm and Genevieve Deslatte Boudreaux.
Those left to cherish his memory include his brothers, Malcolm C. Boudreaux and wife, Simone, of Alexandria, Jude Boudreaux and wife, Terri, of Baton Rouge, David Boudreaux and wife, Roxanne, of Destrehan, and James Boudreaux and wife, Karen, of Lafayette; sisters, Ella Lee Darce and husband, Bobby, of Morgan City, Mary Boudreaux Estes and husband, Mike, of Gardner, and Ann Boudreaux of Gardner; along with many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
