SELEANA MILTON

Mrs. Seleana Milton, 66, a resident and native of Franklin, died Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at 1:37 p.m., at Franklin Foundation Hospital.
Visitations will be held Saturday, Dec. 5, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Franklin.
Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 11 a.m., at that church, with the Rev. Noah Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the St. John Cemetery on Pecot St. in Franklin.
Survivors include four sons, Milton James of Baldwin, Homer James of LaMarque, TX, Roy Milton Jr. of Dallas, TX and Blaine Golden of Houston, TX; five daughters, Ms. Karla James, Ms. Shawna Milton and Ms. Dana Kelly, all of Franklin, Ms. Bertha Milton and Ms. Samatha Milton, both of Dallas, TX; three brothers, Walter Blanks Sr., Daniel Blanks and Batise James, all of Franklin; seven sisters, Ms. Lillian Blanks, Ms. Letha Blanks, Ms. Shirley Blanks, Ms. Mary Bourgeois, Ms. Martha James, Mrs. Susie Hines and Ms. Alice James, all of Franklin; 24 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Mrs. Milton was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, one sister and one son.
The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
