Memorial services for Tammy Savoie Charpentier will be held Thursday, October 30, 2014, at 3 p.m., at Little Pass Baptist Church in Charenton, with the Rev. Bobby Hodnett officiating. Tammy, a native of Franklin and longtime resident of Baldwin, passed away at the age of 47 on Saturday, October 25, 2014, at her residence. Her passions in life, along with being a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, were body building and martial arts.
Survivors include her husband of 25 years, LeRoy Paul Charpentier; three children, Channing Harris Charpentier, Devin Ashley Charpentier and her fiancé, Britt Joseph Verret Jr., and Zoie Lee Charpentier; one stepdaughter, Holly Ann Charpentier; her mother and stepfather, Gail Ashley Savoie Champagne and Roy Champagne; one sister, Peggy Lynn Savoie; one granddaughter, Peyton Grace Couvillier; and three nephews, Logan John Savoie (her godchild), Dylan Anthony LeBlanc and Ashton David LeBlanc.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harris John Savoie; her maternal grandparents, Mary Bergeron Ashley and Martin Buril Ashley; and her paternal grandparents, Bernadette Guidry Savoie and Frank Savoie Sr.
