Timothy R. Smith

Timothy R. Smith, 51, a native of Lafayette and a resident of Patterson, died Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015, at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City.
Visitation will be observed Friday at Miracle Revival Church in Bayou Vista from 9 a.m. until funeral services at 1 p.m. Burial will be in the Home Industrial Cemetery in Patterson.
Survivors include his wife, Cynthia M. Smith, of Patterson; his mother, Mary Louise Smith, of Patterson; one son, Timothy Ray Smith Jr., of Patterson; four brothers, Jonathan A. Smith, of Berwick, Tyler Smith, of Lafayette, George Williams III, of Patterson, and Tillman Hall III, of Houston, Texas; and one sister, Loraine Butler, of Patterson.
He was preceded in death by his father, one son, and one brother.
