Todd Prestenbach

Todd Prestenbach, a lifelong resident of Morgan City, who was born Oct. 21, 1953, the son of Alton and the late Mayola Prestenbach, suddenly passed away at his residence Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014.
Todd loved to be in the outdoors fishing, hunting and spending as much time at the camp whenever he could. Todd was an avid Saints fan and never missed a game. He also was a loving and devoted son, father and grandfather to his family, and he will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his father, Alton Prestenbach, of Morgan City; two sons, Heath Prestenbach Sr. and wife, Ghinelle, of Napoleonville, Roderick Prestenbach Sr. and companion, Bobbie Acosta, of Stephensville; one brother, Holly Prestenbach and wife, Thelma, of Morgan City; one sister, Robin Richard and husband, Gerald, of Morgan City; and five grandchildren, Hayley, Roderick Jr., Jude, Jesse and Heath Jr. Todd also is survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
Todd was preceded in death by his mother, Mayola Prestenbach; and his grandparents, Urban and Ena Prestenbach Sr. and Author and Claire Boudreaux.
Visitation will be held Monday, Dec. 22, 2014, at Twin City Funeral Home beginning at 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m. Visitation will resume at the funeral home Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014, at 8:30 a.m. until the time of service beginning at 11 a.m. Todd will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
