UPDATED: MARGARET 'PEACHIE' ADAMS

Margaret “Peachie” Adams, 72, a lifelong resident of Morgan City, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015, at Morgan City Healthcare.
Peachie loved to help anyone that came across her path and enjoyed making people happy. She liked to garden and she spent her time sewing while at home. She also enjoyed shopping, especially if it was for someone else. Peachie was a wonderful, faithful and loving mother who put her children first. We love you mom!
Peachie is survived and lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Cheryl Pullen and husband, Perry, and Angela Adams; two sons, Marshall Mayon Jr. and Gabriel Adams Jr.; three sisters, Ella Scully, Brenda Wiggins and Kathleen Daigle; three grandsons, Perry “P.J.” Pullen Jr. and wife, Paige, Justin Adams, and Cody Adams; two granddaughters, Rhys Gabrielle Adams Jantz and Haley Adams; and one great granddaughter, Keleigh Pullen.
Peachie was preceded in death by her husband, Gabriel Adams Sr.; her parents, Wilford and Ethel Hebert; one grandson, Shane Pullen; and two brothers, Sonny Hebert and Aaron Hebert.
Visitation was held Saturday, July 4, 2015, at Twin City Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11:30 a.m. Peachie was laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery following the service.
