WILLIE ROBERSON JR.

Willie Roberson, Jr., 78, a resident of Wildwood, Florida and a native of Franklin, La., passed away on Tuesday Dec. 27, 2016 at the Leesburg Regional Medical Center in Leesburg, Florida.
Visitation will be observed on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2017 at Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church 1110 Barrow St. Franklin, La., from 9 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. Reverend Allen Randle will officiate the services. Burial will follow funeral services in the Franklin Cemetery Main Street in Franklin, La.
Memories of “Lil Willie”, “Bug”, “Coach”, “Shorty”, “Boss Man”, as he was known to many, will forever remain in the hearts of his two sons, Keith A. Otis and Ernest Otis; two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Debra) Spain and Mrs. Johnell (Carolyn) McDaniel all of Franklin, La.; four brothers, Mustafaa Rashada of Milwaukee, WI, William Roberson, Sr. of Houston, TX, Wallace Roberson, Sr. and Jackie Paul Roberson, Sr. both of Franklin, La.; four sisters, Geraldine Lewis, Shirley Roberson and Mrs. Melvin (Debra) Jones all of Franklin, La. and Elaine Collins of Houston, TX; a host of fifteen grandchildren, thirty-four great-grandchildren; as well as several other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Willie was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, his daughter, one grandson, two great-grandchildren; one brother, and three sisters, and a host of other relatives and friends.
