YVONNE JOHNSON WILLIAMS

Yvonne Johnson Williams, 56, a native and resident of Houma, passed away peacefully at 12:42 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2017.
Visitation will be Monday, March 6, from 9 a.m. until funeral time at 11 a.m. at Dularge Community Baptist Church, 549 Andrew St. in Houma. Burial will follow in Southdown Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband Arthur James Williams Sr., of Houma, La; six sons, Arthur Williams, Jr., Sommers Williams, Brandon Williams, Brian Williams, Shawn Williams all of Houma, La. and Troy Williams of Franklin, La; a daughter, Amanda Williams of Amelia, La.; thirteen grandchildren; brothers, Herbert Johnson of Amelia, La., Leroy Johnson, Kevin Johnson and John Johnson of Houma, La; five sisters, Betty Lee Jackson, Barbara Harris, Mrs. Angelo (Eula) Vickers, Mrs. Daniel (Letha) Johnson all of Houma, La; and Mrs. Allen ( Yvette) Butler Amelia, La; and devoted niece.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
