Russo-Dinger to say vows Feb. 16

Giovanni John Russo and Angela Glorioso Russo of Morgan City wish to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Katherine Maria Russo, to Kirk Timothy Dinger Jr., son of Kathy and Kirk Dinger Sr. of Berwick.
