LA Tech cross country schedule told

RUSTON — Louisiana Tech Head Cross Country Coach Gary Stanley announced the 2016 cross country schedule Monday with the Mook Triple-Duals highlighting the slate on Sept. 17.
The season kicks off Sept. 10 with LA Tech competing in the New Orleans Invitational, hosted by the University of New Orleans. Just a week later, LA Tech returns home to host the third annual Mook Triple-Duals Sept. 17 at Tech Farm.
The final two events of the season will feature a highly talented field, first on Oct. 7 at the Texas A&M Invitational in College Station. LA Tech will wrap up the regular season the following week, competing in the Crimson Classic, hosted by Alabama, for the fourth consecutive season. The Crimson Classic is scheduled for Oct. 14.
Postseason action begins Oct. 29 at the Conference USA Championships, which will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina. The NCAA Regionals will be Nov. 12 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
