All Star winners

SHERIFFS LEAGUE 14-year-old All Stars won the District 3 title in Thibodeaux two weeks ago and will be representing Franklin in the State Tournament this weekend in Sulphur. The team won the district tournament with a 2-0 record in a round robin format. They beat Thibodeaux 12-1 and the Jefferson Parish All Stars, 12-2. With dominating pitching and a lineup that can hit top to bottom the Franklin All Stars will roll into Sulphur with high expectations. They start the tournament off playing West Monroe Saturday morning.
