Bennett wins football contest

Bertrand Bennett of Patterson won first and $40 in The Daily Review Football Contest. 

Bennett missed two of the 17 games. 

Leroy Johnson of Patterson won second place and $30 in the contest. 

Johnson was one of six people missing three games, but he grabbed the second-place spot by missing the tie-breaker by only 1 point, which was Central Catholic defeating Hanson Memorial 28-18. Johnson predicted the score at 28-17.
