Chitimacha Splash and Dash

A “SPLASH AND DASH” was recently held at the Chitimacha Recreation Center. It was a combination swim/run event in which the kids swam and ran designated distances according to their age group. After the swim, ribbons were awarded in the following age groups: 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 and 15-adult. Runners, at top, included Rihanna Cook in the front with Luke Boudreaux at the back.
