Youth baseball report

Ocean Marine defeated Skipper’s 4-2 in youth baseball action Thursday in Morgan City.
Michael Jones led Ocean Marine with a 1-for-2 performance with a triple, two RBIs and a run, while Caleb O’con was 1-for-2 with a triple and a run.
Other top offensive contributors included Riley Lodrigue, 1-for-2 with an RBI and a run, and Trey Barkley, 1-for-2 with a run.
In the loss, Tylon Hollins finished 2-for-2 with an RBI, while Trent Hall and Vernon Singleton each were 1-for-3 with an RBI.

Ty Eschette led Morgan City Rentals with a 2-for-2 performance with a home run, three RBIs and three runs.
Other top contributors for the victors included Lane Griffin, 2-for-2 with three RBIS and two runs, while Damari Watkins was 1-for-2 with a double, two RBIs and a run.
Elijah Brown led Gator Rigging with a 2-for-2 performance with a double, two RBIS and a run, while Anibal Quinones was 1-for-2 with a double, two RBIs and a run. Gary Nicar III also finished 1-for-2 with an RBI and a run.
