St. Mary Parish's Most Wanted -- 2 have been on the list since Sept. 2012

July’s Most Wanted edition includes two suspects who have been on the list since the series began in September along with three other suspects who have been run in the series since October.

St. Mary Parish Sheriff

Larry Dean Robertson Jr., who has been on the Most Wanted list since October, is wanted for armed robbery from an incident in May and also for failure to appear for simple robbery from an incident one year ago.

According to Hebert, on Oct. 29, 2011, Robertson struck a man at a store and took his cash, and in another incident on May 29, Robertson robbed a victim of cash at gunpoint. Charges were filed the next day.

Robertson, 25, is 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 190 pounds. His last known address was in the 100 block of Edward Lane in Jeanerette.

Robertson has tattoos of a cross on his neck, stars on his right hand, 4-c on his chest, and “Gone Hard” on his right forearm, Hebert said in October.

Andre Jones, 44, who has been on the Most Wanted list since October, is wanted by the sheriff’s office for failure to appear for criminal neglect of family. He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weighs 195 pounds. He is wanted for not paying child support. His last known address was in the 2100 block of Main Street in Patterson.

Belinda Ann Arceneaux, 27, of the 700 block of La. 668 in Jeanerette, has been on the Most Wanted list since December on six warrants for issuing worthless checks. The warrants date back to August and September of 2007, when Arceneaux wrote the bad checks to gas stations, Hebert said.

The checks total just more than $245, Hebert said. Arceneaux is also wanted on warrants for failure to appear on the charges of failure to use a seatbelt and speeding. Arceneaux is a black female, 5 feet, 4 inches tall and about 135 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Damien Keller and Dakota Crawford are also still wanted by the sheriff.

Crawford, 21, of Oxford Loop in Franklin, who was first featured in May, is wanted on a warrant for unauthorized use of an access card. On April 2, the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of a vehicle burglary in which a credit card was stolen. During the initial investigation, it was learned that the card that had been reported stolen by the complainant was used at three different locations in the Baldwin and Jeanerette areas, according to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert. The unauthorized charges totaled just more than $380. The result of the investigation indicates that Crawford used the card, Hebert said.

Keller, 29, who was first featured in May, is wanted on a warrant for forgery. Keller’s last known addresses are Bayou Corne Drive in Pierre Part and Kem Street in Patterson.

On May 14, the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office received a report of a forged check. While reviewing account transactions, the victim discovered that a personal check in the amount of $250 had been cashed. After speaking with the victim and working with the victim’s bank, the deputy investigating the complaint identified Keller as the suspect who forged and cashed the check, Hebert stated.

Keller had been hired by the victim to do some yard work and gained access to a financial document. Keller is also wanted on a warrant for probation parole violation. Keller drives a white Ford Ranger pickup truck, Hebert stated.

Berwick

Berwick police are trying to find suspects Shaneal Juwayn Williams and David Fanguy.

Williams, 24, who has been on the most wanted list since September, also is wanted by Berwick police.

Williams’ last known address is Bayou Black Road in Gibson.

Williams is wanted by Berwick police for hit and run, improper backing and expired driver’s license from an Aug. 15, 2012, complaint of a hit and run accident at Bee Bee’s Seafood in Berwick.

Williams was arrested by a St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s deputy on two warrants from the sheriff’s office for issuing worthless checks. She was released April 15 on a summons to appear in court.

The sheriff’s office checks for outstanding warrants it may have on someone when making an arrest, St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Spokeswoman Traci Landry said in April.

On April 25, Berwick Police Chief James Richard said Berwick police contacted the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office to attempt to locate Williams because her last known address is in Terrebonne Parish on Bayou Black Road in Gibson.

Richard said after attempting to locate Williams at her residence April 25, Williams called Berwick police twice saying she was going to turn herself in and that she was getting her $1,500 bail money.

Williams has still not been arrested as of Thursday, Richard said.

Fanguy, 52, of Dulac, has been on the list since October and is wanted by police for domestic abuse battery fourth offense. Fanguy was charged in connection with a Jan. 17, 2012, incident where a victim reported being assaulted in their home.

Patterson

Police have added two new suspects to July’s Most Wanted edition.

Mary A. Landry, 36, whose last known address is in the 500 block of Little Pines Lane in Bayou Vista, is wanted for theft. Landry is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 143 pounds. Landry has red hair and brown eyes and has scars on her abdomen and right leg, Patterson Police Chief Patrick LaSalle stated.

On May 21, 2011, a woman reported that her wallet had been stolen out of her purse at her place of employment. The woman called her credit card company to report the cards stolen and was informed the cards were just used at the Shell Oil Station and the Cracker Barrel in Patterson. The woman went to the local businesses to try to identify the person using her credit card. Mary Landry was observed on video using the credit card that had been reported stolen, LaSalle stated.

Marilyn D. Brown, 54, whose last known address is in the 500 block of Tiffany Street in Patterson, is wanted for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of crack cocaine. Brown is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Christopher S. Webb, 43, who has been featured in the series since April, is wanted for distribution of cocaine. Webb is a black male, 6 feet tall and weighs 205 pounds with brown eyes. Webb may be in the New Orleans area, LaSalle said in April.

Webb’s last known address is in the 1600 block of West Ibert Street in Franklin.

Previously featured suspect Ronald Leland Robinson Jr. of New Iberia was arrested Monday for simple criminal damage to property.

Another previously wanted suspect, Mark Hilliard, was arrested July 12 in Bayou Vista by St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s deputies on warrants from Patterson police for home invasion, simple battery, criminal damage to property, simple battery-domestic battery and theft.

Baldwin

Police are still looking for Reshimah Antoine and Stafford Starks.

Starks, 37, of Ash Street in Franklin, who was first run in June’s edition, is wanted by Baldwin police on warrants for five counts of monetary instrument abuse, Baldwin Police Chief Gerald Minor said.

Antoine, whose last known address is Texas Street in Lake Charles, is wanted for criminal damage to property to a hotel room in March 2007. Antoine has been featured in the series since September.

Morgan City

Robert J. Gussman Jr., 40, of Bush Street in Morgan City, who was first featured in June, is wanted for theft more than $500, theft of utilities, and contempt of court/failure to appear to pay fines and failure to appear to provide proof.

Gussman is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.

The theft of utilities charge is due to Gussman illegally hooking back up to the city’s electricity at his residence, Crouch said.

The theft of more than $500 charge is from the theft of a lower unit of an outboard motor, Crouch said.

John Joseph Marchetti, who was first featured in April and whose last known address is on Camp Street in New Orleans, is wanted by Morgan City police on an outstanding warrant for two counts of theft more than $500 for a total of $5,600, two counts of bank fraud and two counts of forgery.

Marchetti is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 145 pounds with brown and gray hair and green eyes. On April 4, the owner of a local company came into the Morgan City Police Department and stated several business checks had been stolen. Morgan City detectives conducted an investigation and, through surveillance video, identified Marchetti cashing two of the stolen checks in the amount of $2,800 each. Marchetti is believed to be homeless and may have changed his appearance since his last known photograph, Crouch said.

Previously wanted suspect Brennan Skinner was arrested July 18 by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, resisting an officer with force, and on warrants for resisting an officer, two counts aggravated flight from an officer, reckless operation of a vehicle, and stop sign violation.

Skinner was also on the Morgan City Police Department’s Most Wanted list on a warrant for simple escape.

Franklin

Colby Spain, 29, whose last known address is Fourth Street in Franklin, is wanted on a warrant for domestic abuse battery.

The warrant stems from a May 12 incident where Spain hit a woman several times, Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire said.

Spain is 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 215 pounds.

Franklin police are still trying to find Tyrone Freeman, of La. 87 in Franklin, who was first featured in December, and is wanted for illegal possession of stolen things. Anyone with information may call Franklin police at 337-828-1716.
