Louisiana State police statewide road advisory

As conditions across the state continue to improve, Troopers and DOTD officials are carefully monitoring road conditions and assessing overpasses, bridges, and roadway surfaces for potential hazards.  The Louisiana State Police continue to utilize extra patrols nearly doubling the amount of Troopers on duty while partnering with the State Fire Marshal’s Office, DPS Police, and numerous local agencies to provide the safest environment possible for motorists and citizens across the state.
Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and Louisiana National Guard representatives remain active utilizing salt, sand, and de-icing agents on bridges, overpasses, and roadways where needed. 
Troopers are currently reporting the following roadway openings and remaining closures:
Troop A (Baton Rouge region):
I-10 is opened from I-49 (Lafayette) to U.S. 61 (Sorrento) and being diverted onto U.S. 61
Veterans Memorial Bridge (Gramercy Bridge LA 3213) closed
I-110 closed
LA 10 Audubon Bridge closed
Central Throughway closed
Troop B (Metro New Orleans Area):
I-10 at U.S. 11 Bridge Closed
  I-10 at I-510 is closed, traffic is being diverted onto I-510 S/B to U.S. 90 (Chef Menteur Hwy)
CCC HOV lanes E/B and W/B closed
The Causeway Bridge N/B and S/B is closed
   I-10 W/B is open from the Orleans Parish Line to I-310. Traffic is being diverted onto I-310 S/B
I-55 N/B and S/B closed
LA 47 N/B and S/B restricted to left lane only at the Intercoastal Canal Bridge (Green Bridge)
Troop C (Houma region):
LA 3213 @ Veterans Bridge (Gramercy Bridge) closed due to icy conditions in both directions
Troop D (Lake Charles region):
No road closures at this time
Troop E (Alexandria region):
·         I-49 from Exit 80 to exit 94 (elevated portions of I-49 in Alexandria) closed
Boyce Bridge on LA 8 closed
LA 29 between Evergreen and Cottonport closed
LA 116 from LA 28 to Esler Airfield closed
Jackson Street Bridge (Alexandria/Pineville) closed
Pinehurst Road between Donahue Ferry Rd and LA 28 (Pineville) closed
·         Donahue Ferry Rd closed
Troop F (Monroe region):
No road closures at this time
Troop G (Shreveport region):
No road closures at this time
Troop I (Lafayette region):
No road closures at this time
Troop L:
I-55 is closed at U.S. 51
The Causeway Bridge is closed in both directions (St. Tammany and Jefferson Parish)
The Interstate 10 Twin Span Bridge is closed in both directions (St. Tammany and Orleans Parish)
