Man wanted in New Iberia home invasion, rape

NEW IBERIA, La. (AP) — Iberia Parish sheriff's deputies are looking for a suspect accused in a home invasion and aggravated rape.
Deputies said it happened in New Iberia early Thursday morning.
Investigators say the suspect entered the home armed with a firearm, and sexually assaulted an adult female inside the home.
Deputies say the suspect left the area on foot.
