Nuisance alligator

Franklin resident Mindi Baxter’s dog Boudreaux recently survived an alligator attack on Bayou Teche. Boudreaux was treated at a local veterinary clinic for minor injuries and the alligator was killed by Danny Dupre, pictured, of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries’ Nuisance Animal Control division.
