Louisiana Oil & Gas Association President Don Briggs, left, is presented with a certificate and key to the city by Morgan City Mayor Frank “Boo” Grizzaffi. Briggs was the guest speaker at the Atchafalaya Chapter of the American Petroleum Institute meeting March 11.
