CCHS honors baseball, track teams

Central Catholic High School honored its baseball and track and field teams during an awards ceremony at the school Tuesday.

Lady Eagles receive state title rings

The Central Catholic High School softball team celebrated its 2015 Class 1A championship Friday as the squad was presented its rings during an awards banquet at the Yvonne Anne Adams Life Center.

Central Catholic will host its annual 7-on-7 tournament Saturday at the school’s practice field. The five-team tournament will begin at 9 a.m. and continue with games until 2:30 p.m. In addition to the host school, other local schools participating include Berwick and Patterson as well as Franklin.

CCHS 7-on-7 tourney set for Saturday

Six teams, including four from St. Mary, will compete in Central Catholic’s annual 7-on-7 tournament Saturday at Central Catholic’s practice field.
