Arrest reports

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported responding to 36 complaints in the parish and reported the following arrests in east St. Mary Parish:
—April Aucoin, 34, of the 100 block of Cremo Lane in Patterson, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. Monday on U.S. 90 in Amelia for no license plate light, driving under suspension, vehicle license required, resisting an officer, obstruction of justice, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine, possession of Schedule IV, V, II drugs (pills), and introduction of contraband into a penal institution. Aucoin was jailed with no bail set yet.
—Robert Levitt Jr., 50, of the 100 block of Pond Drive in Morgan City, was arrested at 12:23 p.m. Monday on a warrant for child support. He was arrested during a traffic stop in the Amelia area. Levitt was jailed with bail set at $96,725.57.
—Son Nguyen, 39, of the 600 block of Cypress Street in Amelia, was arrested at 12:23 p.m. Monday on a warrant for failure to appear and traffic citations for stop sign and no driver’s license. He was stopped in the Amelia area for traffic violations and the warrant. Nguyen was jailed with no bail set at this time.
—Mark A. Rentrop Jr., 22, of the 300 block of La. 663 in Morgan City, was arrested at 3:12 p.m. Monday on a warrant for failure to appear in court. Rentrop was transferred from the Assumption Parish Jail. Bail is set at $5,000.
—Christopher Pollard, 29, of the 100 block of Mars Road in Bayou Vista, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Monday for theft. This stems from an investigation of a theft of items that was later found at a pawn shop, Hebert said. Pollard was located and jailed with bail set at $1,000.
—Donald Lacoste Jr., 34, of the 500 block of Arcemont Lane in Morgan City, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. Monday on a warrant for issuing worthless checks. He was released on summons to appear in court Sept. 3.
Morgan City Police Chief Michael Banks reported the following arrests:
—Breyden J. Oncale, 21, of Onstead Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. Monday for possession of Schedule I synthetic cannabinoids, improper parking or stopping outside a place of business/residence.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Elm and Onstead streets in regards to a subject asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle at the intersection near a residence. Officers arrived and located the vehicle and detained the driver, Oncale, who was found asleep behind the wheel. Oncale was found to be in possession of Schedule I synthetic marijuana and was arrested, Banks said. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and remains incarcerated.
—Sabrina A. Voisin, 30, of Lake Palourde Road in Amelia, was arrested at 8:03 p.m. Monday for unauthorized entry into an inhabited dwelling.
Officers were dispatched to a Bush Street residence regarding a subject entering the residence without permission. Officers were advised by the complainant that Voisin had entered into their residence without permission by gaining entry through a window, Banks said.
The victim as notified by neighbors who observed Voisin at the residence. The victim confronted Voisin as she was exiting the residence at which time police were summoned. Officers located Voisin a short distance away where she was arrested. Voisin was jailed.
—Charles R. Hebert, 43, of Banner Drive in Franklin, was arrested at 2:23 p.m. Monday on a warrant for failure to pay probation fee and probation violation.
Hebert was located at Terrebonne Parish Jail facility where he was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department on outstanding warrants. He was booked and incarcerated into the Morgan City Jail facility.
—Glenda A. Cooper, 59, of Poncio Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Monday on a warrant for hit and run driving.
Cooper turned herself in and was booked at the Morgan City Police Department on warrants stemming from a traffic accident which was reported on April 24. Cooper is accused of becoming involved in an accident in a parking lot located on Marguerite Street then leaving the scene. Cooper was released after posting cash bail.
—Nils Helle, 57, of Morgan City, was arrested at 11 p.m. Monday for remaining on premises after being forbidden.
Officers received a complaint of an unruly person at a La. 182 lounge and arrived to investigate. They located Helle who was pointed out by the management as the subject who was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the premises, Banks said. Helle was given an opportunity to secure transportation but refused. He was jailed.
Berwick Police Chief James Richard reported the following arrests:
—Jonathon Conner, 34, of Henry Street in Patterson, was arrested at 6 p.m. Monday on a warrant for simple battery. Conner was jailed.
—Kayla Comeaux, 26, of Moffett Court in Morgan City, was arrested at 7 p.m. Monday on a warrant for simple battery. Comeaux was transferred to the Morgan City Police Department.
Patterson Police Chief Patrick LaSalle reported no arrests.
