Arrest reports

Morgan City Police Chief Travis Crouch reported the following arrests:
—Isidro S. Reyna, 54, of West Monroe, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. Monday for possession of Schedule I controlled dangerous substance-synthetic marijuana, no license plate, and improper lighting.
Officers received a call in regard to a vehicle being operated in an erratic manner on U.S. 90. Officers located the vehicle at the intersection of U.S. 90 and La. 70 and detained the driver, identified as Reyna. Officers located a substance believed to be synthetic marijuana inside the vehicle, which Reyna identified as belonging to him, Crouch said. Reyna was jailed.
—Lawrence E. Bob, 54, of Franklin, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. today for improper lighting; operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license.
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle with improper lighting and stopped the vehicle to investigate at U.S. 90 and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The driver, identified as Bob, could not produce a valid driver’s license and was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license, Crouch said. He was jailed.
—Jonathan Weber, 24, of Laura Street in Patterson, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. Sunday for disturbing the peace fighting.
—Chase A. Rebardi, 22, of First Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. Sunday for disturbing the peace fighting.
Officers were dispatched to a Roderick Street lounge in regard to a fight. Officers arrived and during the investigation, learned that Weber and Rebardi became involved in a physical altercation while inside the lounge. According to security personnel, Weber and Rebardi attempted to incite a physical altercation with another person, Crouch said. Both were jailed.
—Miguel Pina, 34, of Cynthia Street in Amelia, was arrested at 1:34 p.m. Friday for no driver’s license and improper lighting.
An officer observed a vehicle with improper lighting in the area of Fifth Street and Brashear Avenue and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver of the vehicle, identified as Pina, was found not to possess a valid driver’s license. He was jailed and released on bail.
—Cotina L. Walton, 31, of Williams Street in Patterson, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. Friday for no liability insurance, operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license, switched license plates, failure to secure registration, and a warrant for the Houma Police Department for a traffic violation.
Officers received a complaint of a vehicle with switched license plates being driven in the Morgan City area and located the vehicle near the intersection of Louisiana and Sixth streets. Walton was jailed.
—Brandi Anthony, 38, of Fairview Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 9 a.m. Sunday on a warrant for theft by shoplifting.
Anthony was retrieved from Berwick Police Department and jailed at the Morgan City Jail.
—Robert L. Mulligan, 61, of Amelia, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Sunday for disturbing the peace intoxicated.
An officer heard a person yelling in the front parking lot of the police department. The officer investigated and found Mulligan in an intoxicated condition. Mulligan was jailed.
Berwick Police Chief James Richard reported the following arrests:
—Dustin John Guilbeau, 29, of the 1300 block of First Street in Patterson, was arrested at 6:01 p.m. Friday on 27th Judicial District Court warrants for disturbing the peace by language and resisting officer. Guilbeau is waiting for bail to be set.
—Dante Jirard Harris, 21, of the 600 block of Kelli Drive in Patterson, was arrested at 8:44 p.m. Friday for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a Legend Drug Cyclobenzaprine without a prescription, license plate light required, turning movements and required signals, and expired license plate. Harris is waiting for bail to be set.
Patterson Police Chief Patrick LaSalle reported the following arrests:
—Danny Bair, 18, of the 100 block of Landry Street in Patterson, was arrested at 4:33 a.m. Sunday on a St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear for carnal knowledge of a juvenile and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Bair was jailed on $11,000 bail.
—Nicholas Daigle, 18, of the 100 block of Landry Street in Patterson, was arrested at 4:33 a.m. Sunday for contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Daigle was jailed on $1,000 bail.
—Two female juveniles, both 16, were arrested at 4:33 a.m. Sunday for curfew violations. Both were released to their parents.
—Antoine Webb, 31, of the 7200 block of Navasota Drive in Houston, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. Sunday for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Webb was jailed with no bail set at this time.
—Nickolas James Morris II, 25, of the 100 block of Doris Street in Amelia, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. for simple battery involving domestic abuse. James was jailed with no bail set at this time.
