Arrest reports

Three women were arrested Monday after detectives located clonazepam pills and Ultram pills at a residence in Bayou Vista, St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert said in a news release.
—Jessica Leigh Ross, 25, of the 800 block of Levee Road in Morgan City, was arrested at 5:01 p.m. Monday for possession of Schedule IV (clonazepam).
—Angela Burke Daigle, 47, of the 700 block of Arlington Street in Bayou Vista, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. Monday for distribution of Schedule IV (clonazepam), possession of Schedule IV (clonazepam) with intent to distribute, possession of a Legend Drug (Ultram), and violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone).
—Jadi Nicole Williams, 28, of the 200 block of Neptune Street in Bayou Vista, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. Monday for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor, and violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone).
Narcotics detectives patrolling the Bayou Vista area conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for improper lane usage and located clonazepam pills on Ross. Detectives went to the 700 block of Arlington Street and located more clonazepam pills in addition to Ultram pills inside Daigle’s residence, Hebert said.
While at that location, Williams arrived, and detectives saw marijuana in her vehicle. Williams also had three children with her. The children were released to the custody of a relative, Hebert said. Ross, Daigle, and Williams were jailed with no bail set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported responding to 42 complaints in the parish and reported the following arrests in east St. Mary Parish:
—Earl Fabre, 31, of the 1500 block of U.S. 90 East in Patterson, was arrested at 12:49 p.m. Monday for possession of Schedule I (marijuana) second offense and on a warrant for probation violation. A deputy located Fabre at his residence on the warrant. The deputy located a small bag of marijuana in Fabre’s pocket. Fabre was jailed with no bail set.
—Charles White, 42, of the 100 block of Rose Park Lane in Bayou Vista, was arrested at 4:06 p.m. Monday for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Narcotics detectives were patrolling the Bayou Vista area when they observed the driver of a vehicle fail to signal before a turn onto Jupiter St. Detectives conducted a traffic stop. Detectives found a passenger in the vehicle that was identified as White. Detectives received consent to search White and located a pipe used to smoke illegal narcotics. White was released on a summons to appear in court March 26.
Morgan City Police Chief Travis Crouch reported the following arrests:
—Tyler J. Davidson, 20, of Glenwood Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Monday for possession of a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance-marijuana second offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of school zone.
—Austin T. McLaughlin, 19, of Glenwood Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Monday for possession of Schedule I controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute (marijuana), possession of Schedule IV controlled dangerous substance (Adipex), and possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of uniformed controlled dangerous substance law-possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a school zone.
Officers went to a Glenwood Street address regarding information that implicated people involved in illegal drug activity. Officers found the occupants of the residence, Davidson and McLaughlin.
During the investigation, officers uncovered suspected marijuana, items of paraphernalia and Adipex. Evidence was recovered which indicated McLaughlin was selling the suspected marijuana from the residence, Crouch said. The residence was in close proximity to an elementary school which resulted in an additional charge. Both people were jailed with no bail set.
—Dolores Gonzales, 51, of La. 182 in Morgan City, was arrested at 10:09 a.m. Monday for no driver’s license.
Officers responded to a vehicle crash on La. 182 near Florence Street and came into contact with Gonzales, who was the driver of a vehicle involved in the crash. Officers discovered that Gonzales did not have a valid driver’s license. She was jailed and released after posting cash bail.
—Courtney Guillory, 21, of Haney Drive in Patterson, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. Monday for hit and run driving.
An officer responded to a hit and run vehicle crash at a La. 182 business. The officer was able to gather evidence of a vehicle which left the scene of the crash. The vehicle and suspected driver was located and positively identified as the person involved in the vehicle crash. The driver, Guillory, was jailed and released after posting cash bail.
—Lucille M. Rodriquez, 33, of Franklin Street in Morgan City, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. today on a warrant for failure to appear on careless operation.
Officers located Rodriquez at a Franklin Street address, and she was jailed.
Berwick Police Chief James Richard reported no arrests.
Patterson Police Chief Patrick LaSalle reported no arrests.
