Missing Pierre Part woman's cell phone found in Calumet

The Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a Pierre Part woman reported missing whose cell phone was found in Calumet. Family members reported Gail Landry, 55, of Pierre Part missing Sunday, according to a news release.
She may be in a silver Mazda 3 with the license plate number WQP904. Her information entered into the National Crime Information Center to help facilitate locating her. At this time, there is no foul play suspected, the release stated.
Her cell phone was located on the side of the road in Calumet. Landry was reported in the Bedford, Texas, area after going to the Bedford Police Department and filing a report for theft. She has not been seen since that report. Family members are in Bedford looking for her at this time, release said.
