Police Report 11-21-14
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Trevor Hebert, 19, of 153 Mars Road, Apt. 2, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 8:15 a.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse battery and domestic abuse battery-strangulation. No bond was set.
Scott Louviere, 30, of 1370 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 8:36 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was released on $3,878 bond.
Ramus Martin 48, of 9199 La. 182, Morgan City, on five warrants charging him with issuing worthless checks and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of judgment debtor ruling. He was released on a summons
Keith M. Morrison, 38, of Jacksonville, Florida, was arrested Thursday at 4:21 p.m. on charges of signal lamps violations and driving under suspension. He was released on $1,250 bond.
A juvenile male, 11, of Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 6:11 p.m. on a charge of aggravated assault. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that the juvenile male allegedly pointed a pellet pistol at another juvenile and an adult male following an argument between the two juveniles. The arrested juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Tommy Donati, 32, of 2820 Second St, Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 9:50 p.m. on a warrant charging him with probation violation and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of theft. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of David Burrell, 28, of Ninth Street, Franklin, Thursday at 12:21 p.m. on charges of two counts possession of a legend drug without a prescription, reckless operation, no driver’s license, flight from an officer and resisting an officer. He was also charged with warrants on charges of third offense possession of marijuana, two bench warrants from district court, and a Jeanerette warrant on a charge of failure to appear for a probation hearing. No bond was set.
Police responded to a report of suspicious persons in the Eastwood Drive area. Arrested were:
Shane Compton, 35, of Weber Street, Franklin, Thursday at 10:23 p.m. on charges of three counts criminal trespassing, simple burglary of a motor vehicle, criminal damage to property and two counts attempted simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. No bond was set.
Also arrested was Jason Robicheaux, 35, of Willow Street, Franklin, at 10:23 p.m. on charges of simple burglary of a vehicle, two counts attempted simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, three counts of criminal trespassing and criminal damage to property. No bond was set.
