Police Reports 1-10-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Joshua Lousteau, 33, of 3017 Lizabeth Drive, Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 12:15 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of issuing worthless checks. He was released on $1,000 bond.
James Thoune, 21, of Church Point, was arrested Thursday at 7:24 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on a summons.
Caleb Gros, 17, of 154 Sun Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested today at 3:17 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on a summons.
Hebert reported three Narcotics Division arrests.
Kristie Lee McNabb, 31, of 201 Trevino St., Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 1:37 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile, violation of a drug free zone, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant on a charge of failure to appear at drug court.
Milton Guy Aucoin Jr., 39, of Texas, was arrested Thursday at 12:59 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and a failure to appear warrant on traffic charges.
Both were held without bonds.
Zachary Jude Mahfouz, 20, of 2811 Second St., Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 10:45 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule IV drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Shannon Lightfoot, 28, of Carol Street, Franklin, Thursday at 2:11 p.m. on a Jeanerette warrant charging her with simple criminal damage to property and failure to appear for a probation hearing. She was released to appear in Jeanerette court.
