Police Reports 1-13-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Jared Cowart, 29, of 3186 La. 87, Franklin, was charged Friday at 8:20 a.m. on a warrant with a charge of residential contractor fraud. No bond was set.
George Thomas, 52, of 137 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Friday at 11:06 a.m. on failure to appear warrants on a charge of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, driver’s license restriction violation, no insurance, expired inspection sticker and no license plate. He was released on a summons.
Deidra Martin, 41, of 195 Lacey St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:14 p.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery. She was released on $500 bond.
A juvenile female, 16, of Centerville, was arrested Friday at 3:05 p.m. on a charge of being ungovernable and released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Kendall R. Banks, 19, of 302 Carol Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 4:34 p.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse battery and another on a charge of failure to appear on a theft charge. He was released on $12,500 bond.
John N. Crappell, 41, and Billy W. Crappell, 60, both of 606 Teche Road, Bayou Vista, were arrested Friday at 5:16 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery. They were each released on bonds of $2,500.
Esmin M. Portillo-Sauzo, 27, of 1015 Third St., Apt. 42, Morgan City was arrested Saturday at 1:10 a.m. on charges of DWI, open alcohol container and no driver’s license. No bond was set.
Joshua Navy, 27, of 269 Verdun Lane, Lot 1, Verdunville, was arrested Saturday at 2:40 p.m. on a charge of resisting arrest and a warrant on a charge of domestic abuse battery by strangulation with a child present. No bond was set.
Valerie D. Navy, 26, of 269 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Saturday at 2:40 p.m. on a charge of obstruction of justice and a warrant charging her with theft of goods. She was released on $2,250 bond.
Maegan L. Gilkison, 18, of 302 Carol Road, Bayou Vista, and Kenall Banks, 18, same address, were arrested Sunday at 3:14 a.m. on charges of attempted possession of marijuana. Both were released on summonses.
Dillion D. Billiot, 22, of 827 Delmar Ave., Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 5:57 a.m. on a charge of DWI and released on $2,500 bond.
Shelia Porter, 24, of 225 Jones St., Apt. A, Berwick, was arrested Sunday at 8:22 a.m. on a warrant charging her with theft and was released on $2,000 bond.
Lynette Guidry, 32, of 3107 Wytchwood Drive, Morgan City, was charged Friday at 1:37 p.m. with operation of a clandestine lab and manufacturing methamphetamine. No bond was set.
Charles Boudreaux, 49, of 914½ Main St., Lot 1, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:52 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was held on $18,503 bond.
James M. Haydel, 28, of 243 Jamie Court, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 2:54 p.m. on an Assumption Parish warrant charging him with simple assault and a Terrebonne Parish failure to appear warrant on a seatbelt violation. No bond was set.
Shunta Jones, 19, of 518 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 6:26 p.m. on a charge of criminal damage to property and was released on a summons.
Marvin Gabriel, 23, of 210 Baptiste St., Baldwin, was arrested Monday at 10:19 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family and two warrants on charges of failure to comply with the terms of drug court. Bond was set at $210,136.
Narcotics Division agents arrested a 16-year-old male from Berwick Monday at 3:06 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Kenneth Kiff Jr., 28, of 1038 Red Cypress Road, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 2:29 p.m. on charges of possession of heroin, a counterfeit controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Jessica Pearce, 26, of 810 Levee Road, Apt. 14, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 3:04 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Lysander Williams, 45, of Eagle Street, Franklin, Monday at 8:33 a.m. on a charge of parole violation. No bond was set.
