Police Reports 1-16-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Raymond Smith, 39, of Breaux Bridge, was arrested Thursday at 6:32 a.m. on charges of DWI, no driver’s license and careless operation. He was released on $7,000 bond.
Bryan Businelle, 31, no address given, was arrested Thursday at 9:10 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to register as a sex offender. No bond was set.
George Coleman, 30, of Montgomery, Texas, was charged with bringing contraband into a jail Thursday at 3:04 p.m. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Jordan Vidos, 29, of 1124 Fourth St., Morgan City, Thursday at 4:39 p.m. on a charge of possession of synthetic marijuana third offense. No bond was set.
Leroy Bailey, 29, of 1406 Third St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 5:15 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and improper lane use and released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Tasha Louis, 32, of Cayce Street, Franklin, Thursday at 2:29 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. She was released on $500 bond.
Desley Jones, 23, of Georgetown Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:47 p.m. on Third Ward Court failure to appear warrants on charges of simple criminal damage to property, failure to yield, no license plate and no driver’s license on person. No bond was set.
