Police Reports 10-15-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:
Jose Lopez, 41, of Houston, was arrested Monday at 3:15 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods at a Bayou Vista retail outlet. Bond was set at $1,000.
De’von E. Marsh, 21, of 1048 Ciro St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 6:48 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of simple battery. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Juanita Hines, 50, of 1272 Big Four Corners Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 12:58 p.m. on a warrant charging her with simple assault. She was released on a $250 bond.
Bonnie Martin, 57, of Bayou Side RV Park Lot 4, Centerville, and Wilson A. Swarts, 66, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, were arrested Monday at 9:47 p.m. on charges of simple battery. They were both released on $500 bonds.
Brian Weston, 25, of 2622 Fifth St., Berwick, was arrested Monday at 9:01 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of speeding and driving under suspension. Bond was set at $3,500.
Melissa Frangenberg, 46, of 8800 La. 182, Amelia, was arrested Monday at 10:59 p.m. on a charge of unauthorized use of a moveable. A deputy conducted an investigation into a complaint of a vehicle that was taken by Frangenberg without the owner’s permission. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Larosa Washington, 58, of Odile St., Lot 23, Amelia, was arrested today at 12:16 a.m. on a charge of theft. Bond was set at $1,000.
Tessie Frederick, 45, of 105 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested on October 15, 2013 at 1:30 am on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of speeding. Bond was set $349.50.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Osham Geovany Reyes Flores, 31, of 825 Magnolia St., Amelia, today at 4:37 a.m. on charges of  possession of psilocybin mushrooms with intent to distribute, drug-free zone violation, transactions involving drug proceeds, no license plate light and driving without a license.
Cash totaling $1,788 and the Flores vehicle were seized pending forfeiture.  Bond had not been set as of this morning.
