Police Reports 10-15-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Kingsley Shearron, 29, of 508 Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:29 a.m. on Franklin warrants charging him with simple criminal damage to property and simple burglary. No bond was set.
Leroy Trimm Jr., 40, of 143 Gum Point Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 7:04 p.m. on a leash law violation and released on a summons.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Kaveshia Johnson, 17, of 603 Grove St., Morgan City, Tuesday at 3:36 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana and was released on a summons.
Keith Bourgeois, 23, of 608 Seventh St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 5:41 p.m. on warrants charging him with cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Johnathan Bergeron, 20, of Robicheaux Road, Franklin, Tuesday at 10:49 a.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing. He was released on $500 bond.
Joseph Reed, 30, of Robert Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:58 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding and no driver’s license. He was released on $325 bond.
Renee Watts, 37, of Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:37 p.m. on a Morgan City warrant charging Watts with simple battery and was transferred.
Lee Butler, 47, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 5:41 p.m. on charges of theft by shoplifting, criminal trespassing and resisting an officer by flight. No bond was set.
Bryan Sam, 47, of Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:50 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and resisting an officer. No bond was set.
