Police Reports 10-20-15

The Franklin Police Department reported the following arrests:
Eulalia McCoy, 20, of Vista Village, Morgan City, was arrested on Friday at 10:31 a.m. on warrants charging her with exploitation of the infirmed, identity theft and theft of the assets of an aged or disabled person. Bond was set at $500.
Charlotte Harris, 46, of Grace Street, Morgan City, was arrested on Friday at 5:21 p.m. on charges of criminal mischief. Bond was set at $500.
Alec Jackson, 20, of Bigler Street, Franklin, was arrested on Friday at 6:17 p.m. on a warrant charing him with failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $1,500.
Allen Jones, 39, of Martin Luther King Blvd., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:47 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language. Jones was held on a $5,000 bond.
Cassie Hotard, 46, of Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. Bond was set at $5,000.
Rodrick Tillman, 22, of Robert Street, Franklin, was arrested on Monday at 1:20 a.m. on charges of simple burglary of a motor vehicle and disturbing the peace. No bond was set.
Joshua Crosby, 26, of Baronne Street, Baldwin, was arrested on Monday at 1:20 a.m. on charges of simple burglary of a vehicle, disturbing the peace and resisting officers by giving false information and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. No bond was set. While incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center, Crosby was arrested and additionally charged with possession of a firearm by persons convicted of certain felonies and possession of a firearm in the presence of controlled dangerous substance.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Loveless Willis, 30, of 412 Marigny Circle, Duson , was arrested on Monday at 5:01 p.m. on a warrant on charges of failure to appear in court and on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bond was set at $8,505.
