Firefighters visit pre-K students

Pre-K students at Holy Cross Elementary welcomed members of the Morgan City Fire Department to their school with a sign thanking the firemen for their service to our community. Chief Andy Ratcliff with firefighters Kris Price and Christian Percle gave the children some fire safety tips before showing them into the department’s teaching trailer. The students then watched a video on what to do in the case of a fire and showed what they learned by crawling to safety and escaping the trailer.
