Police Reports 10-27-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Denise A. Chaisson, 52, of 2601 Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, was arrested Friday at 9:15 a.m. on a warrant charging her with simple assault. She was released on a summons.
Eddie L. Brown IV, 41, of 1370 Joseph St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 2:39 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of failure to possession a sex offender identification card. No bond was set.
Gerald J. Loston Sr., 54, of 137 La. 668, Jeanerette, was arrested Friday at 3:35 p.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of domestic abuse battery and driving under suspension. No bond was set.
Florencio Arias Jr., 45, of 4003 Allison St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 2:26 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and flight from an officer. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Shazia Gaudet, 24, of 130 Judy Lane, Lot 8, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 9:39 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Joseph James, 33, of Franklin, was charged Saturday at 10:51 a.m. with bringing contraband into a jail during a prisoner move. He remains incarcerated.
Shane Louviere, 59, of Abbeville, was arrested Saturday at 2:25 p.m. on a second degree battery charge. He was released on $14,000 bond.
Chandler Williams, 24, of 404 Williams St., Lot 2, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 12:27 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of seatbelt violation and not honoring a written promise to appear. No bond was set.
Mark Buteaux, 46, of 128 Shady Grove, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 4:15 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of DWI. No bond was set.
Catlin N. Brooks, 19, of 108 Coushatta Drive, Charenton, was arrested Sunday at 7:56 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of disturbing the peace and held on $500 bond.
Anson T. Paul, 37, of 407 Liner St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:19 a.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of theft of goods and criminal neglect of family. No bond was set.
Gene B. Butts, 27, of 11319 Old Jeanerette Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 5:59 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of disturbing the peace, remaining where forbidden, criminal trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule I drugs. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Micah Boudreaux, 24, of Cypress Street, Franklin, Friday at 1:47 p.m. on charges of operation of a clandestine laboratory, possession of methamphetamine, violation of a drug free zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on charges of simple battery and simple assault. The arrest stems from officers responding to a report of an alleged clandestine laboratory in the 200 block of Cypress Street. No bond was set.
Jimmy Billiot Jr., 17, of John Street, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 10:08 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was held on $3,500 bond.
Gabe Naquin, 17, of Malcolm Street, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 10:10 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on $3,500 bond.
Anthony Madison Jr., 29, of Robert Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3:11 a.m. on warrants charging him with resisting an officer and littering, and a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of speeding. No bond was set.
Clarence Stewart, 47, of LaPlace, was arrested Sunday at 12:51 p.m. on a Lafayette Parish failure to appear warrant on a charge of non-support. No bond was set.
Tevin Kemp, 23, of Verdun Lane, Centerville, was arrested Sunday at 8:17 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
